Upon doing his graduation in Raipur and thereby moving to Pune in 2007 to take up a management degree in Marketing and Finance, it was a given that Mukesh would come back to pursue his established family real estate business. However, to everyone’s surprise, he decided to stay put for another year and work with a leading real estate developer in the region. His idea behind it was plain and simple; to understand the construction business from a client’s perspective, and by being on a sales spectrum, he could do that up and close.

As was inked in the blueprint, Mukesh came back to Raipur in 2011, took up his family business of construction, and made it process-oriented and organized. With a like-minded team in place, he scaled up a bunch of individual and part-construction projects, got a knack for things, and that’s where began the journey of what we call Bajaj Township Pvt. Ltd. today. With a bent towards making Bajaj Township Pvt. Ltd. an entity to reckon with, Mukesh has always put people and their perspectives at the helm, because according to him, it is their perception of your work that helps in creating a brand.

Ask him about what led him towards re-carving an already established real estate business, and he will be quick to attribute his passion for doing things in a more organized and realistic way that made him do so. Besides, Mukesh adds that his father has been his pillar of unconditional support and strength, who has always valued his modern-day approach to doing things.

Between the extensive usage of cutting-edge marketing techniques and business acumen that comes down in him, Mukesh can maximize the scalable potential a project or a part of it has in store. Mukesh is an avid sports player who loves his cricket and snooker. But guess what; he adds a management tinge to it as both these sports present him with an option to hone his leadership and team-building skills and also ingrain a focused approach.
